TSW’s Bathurst wheels are the latest in TSW's wheel series, using exotic swaging manufacturing technology. Rotary Forging produces very light wheels. This is because the manufacturing process changes the molecular structure of the aluminum alloy, thereby increasing its strength. This strength allowed TSW engineers to reduce the thickness of the outer cylinder, thereby reducing the rotating mass. Even the largest Bathurst size, 20x10.5, weighs less than 25 pounds.
